Supervisor Supreme... An Employee Favourite!

I was thinking about all my favourite supervisors today.  The ones who motivated me and inspired me and the ones I have had the pleasure of seeing lead successful teams.  It's definitely not an easy job and requires a certain set of skills.  I think I have come up with a recipe for success.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Cup          Good Communication
1 Cup          Attentive Listening
1 Cup          Knowledge

1 Cup          Honesty
½ Cup         True Empathy
½ Cup         Understanding
3 ½ Cups     Respect
1 ½ Cups     Appreciation
2 Tsp          Praise
¼ Tsp         Recognition
½ Tsp         Fairness
½ Tsp         Firmness
1 Tsp          Friendliness
½ Tsp         Humour

Icing:
1 Cup        Problem Solving
2 Cups       Assertiveness
1 Cup        Motivation
½ Cup       Decision Maker

Preparation:

Carefully mix the first 7 ingredients. Don't miss any of these as they are very important. Add Appreciation, Praise and Recognition. Work Hard, Give of Your Time and Allow to Rise.

Will grow to the size of a Role Model. Ensure to remove Aggression, Conceit and Arrogance. These will make the supervisor tough and hard to approach.

Generously sprinkle with Fairness, Firmness and Friendliness. Carefully add Humour. Too much can lead to not being taken seriously: Too little will make your supervisor bland. Form into the shape of a Professional and place near an Open Door.

Combine the last four ingredients. Mix until Motivated. Spread over Warm supervisor.

That's it... You have it... A wonderful supervisor that you would be pleased to serve to any employee.

This recipe has proved to beat any of your Turnover time and time again!
